Government Profligacy Posted on September 27, 2024 by john Dear Friends, It seems to me, no matter how frugal you or I may be, the government’s profligacy puts us in debt anyway. While temperance was a fundamental American ethos, at the founding, the elite have made it passe. Leading by example, the elite’s opulent and hedonistic lifestyle, has oozed down to the whole of society. Where their spendthrift really comes out is when they’re spending other people’s money. Then, the cause must be funded, no matter how counterproductive. It’s the thought that counts. So the elite have made it impossible to live by Ben Franklin’s advice… to be thrifty. Because no matter how individually frugal a person may be, government has spent him and her into bankruptcy. We could, spend like a drunken sailor, try to disengage or step up and do something about it. The elite only see an income problem, their spending is never the issue. The need is unlimited so the funds should be unlimited too. No matter how limited the well. If the government, billionaire or benevolent aliens, made everyone rich tomorrow, by next week there would be poor again. In a year the ratio would be 20% owning 80% of the wealth again. Once again the distribution of wealth would be by Pareto. No matter how many times the experiment was tried. The trick then isn’t to make everyone equal, that’s impossible, the trick is to make the bottom have a decent standard of living. Pragmatically, the only way to do it is by free markets. Nevertheless, government benefits from redistribution far more then those redistributed to. So government profligacy isn’t going away. The elite appear to be ignorant of how they lead by example. They seem to think they live in a bubble. Their actions don’t appear have consequences. But they do. People look up to those in power. Many follow their example. Because, if you want to get ahead, you follow the example of those who are ahead… not those who are behind. As a result, the ambitious follow the elite into corruption. Divorce was never a thing in the US… until Hollywood gave us exhilarating examples of it. The stars all had multiple failed marriages. Glamorizing divorce. Now, we’ve followed, and most of us have multiple failed marriages. Isn’t that progress? More to the point, the lack of temperance of our elite lead many of us to lack temperance. Lowering not only our lot but the lot of mankind. America was built on hard work, thrift and Christianity. The elite have worked diligently to eliminate all these societal myths. Bestowing upon us the country we have now. Crime ridden, hopeless, drug addicted, low family creation, low life satisfaction, dropping standard of living, normalized pedophilia, democracy free elections, censorship, and the courts openly defying the plain wording of our Constitution. Hard work has been replaced by the welfare state. Thrift has been replaced by opulence. Meanwhile, our once openly Christian nation has established materialist atheism as the State religion. Making Christianity unwelcome anywhere but in people’s hearts, and that’s being expunged with thought laws. Suggesting the goal all along… was to tear down America. We could follow our leaders like many have… and say what the hell. Carpe Diem. Live for the day. And borrow until the bank won’t lend us more. Then live in the bar ditch. Others might try to disengage. Use only cash, have no bills and be as independent of the system as possible. Like the Amish. But recent history shows, disengagement won’t work. They’re coming after all of us. Cut spending, leading to cuts in taxes and the deficit. How to cut? Lay off 99% of the bureaucracy. Including and especially the national security apparatus. Because they don’t protect us, they’ve become a mortal danger to us. Government intemperance is one of our biggest threats and therefore among our biggest problems. If we tackle it, it could be dealt with, if we give up, it’ll strangle us. Like Kudzu does to a hornbeam. Sincerely, John Pepin

The State Versus The Amish Posted on September 25, 2024 by john Dear Friends, It seems to me, only the vilest of scum would attack the Amish, of all people. Why would anyone attack them? The Amish mind their own business, are pacifists, raise happy healthy and productive families, while being a valuable addition to the nation’s economic, social and political health. Any sane government would want more Amish, not less. The same goes for the Mennonites, Born Agains, etc… These people are the muscle and sinew of a nation. Only a fool cuts muscle and sinew to make way for fat. A short lived fool. Yet the Amish and those with a pacifist mindset make the perfect victims. They don’t fight back. So legal precedent can be set on their pacifism. One of the two primary ways the elite move the ball down the field of tyranny. The other is to abuse a politically disfavored group. The Amish came here fleeing religious persecution… making it the acme of irony, that they’re facing religious persecution here. Especially since religious freedom is in the plain text of our Constitution. Our elites and experts however, are so wicked smart, they’ve figured a way around the plain text to give it nuance and color. Legal experts have concluded, the US must establish materialist atheism as the State religion, making the Amish and people like them, its mortal enemies. When fighting a mortal enemy, many will justify cutting their own nose off, to spite their face. So they do. As our elites are in the case of attacking the Amish. I mean, really? That’s like beating up a bunny rabbit. It would serve them right though if that rabbit turned out to be Buggs Bunny. The legal assault on Amos Miller is a disgrace. Even as bureaucrats in Pennsylvania have proven their chops. Heartless, caustic and power mad… they epitomize the functionary. Abusing power to the tune of Yakety Sax. They thought that Amos Miller would roll over, and give up his livelihood, so they could usurp even more power to abuse. Exactly who you want having power, people proven to abuse it… psychopaths. Fortunately for actual justice… Robert Barnes stepped in, and is fighting back. Exposing the criminality of the bureaucracy. The courts on the other hand, don’t seem to be as zealous of reigning in an out of control administrative state, as they are in giving it deference. Abuse of power requires it be hidden. This case is no longer hidden… so, we’ll see. Al Capone has nothing on Justin Trudeau when it comes to extortion. Again, the Amish are easy targets. They don’t fight back nor do they seek notoriety. So the State can abuse them all it wants. Moreover, the beast can use that abuse to set precedent… to abuse the rest of us. The other way the elite usurp power is to abuse a politically hated group. It’s the elite’s ability to bring propaganda to bear that makes the con so effective. They can apply propaganda to any group making them hated or loved. Look how they’ve normalized pedophilia, child sterilization and have even made beating women an Olympic event. Those used to be hated groups who’s image has been re imagined by the elite. I reckon the Amish will be facing an onslaught of negative validation. Bullies pick on those they think will roll over. Beating up a kid who doesn’t fight back makes a small person feel big. It establishes their ferocity in public giving them the power of fear. Which brings benefits in the form of lunch money, girls like the bad boy, and the bully is always near the top of the social hierarchy. The Administrative State is the classic bully in all these regards. They extort money under the color of law, use tax money to pay off their bimbos, and live high on the hog, being members of government. All the bullies in the Deep State need, are victims… and the Amish apparently have caught their eye. With lawyers like Robert Barnes on the side of the Amish… let’s pray the vilest of scum bags, the deep state, have met their Buggs Bunny. Sincerely, John Pepin

Censorship And The Despotic State

Censorship And The Despotic State Posted on September 13, 2024 by john Dear Friends, It seems to me, speech laws forcing speech or forbidding speech, are the direct manifestations of the tyrannical power of a despotic state. Once the State can censor and force speech it has become unlimited. An elitist may argue that an unlimited State is unlimited in the good it can do. While history argues that unlimited States always visit unlimited evil on the people. As the Climate change hoax shows, when progressive theory goes against empirical results, its the results that are changed. To protect the narrative, history will have to be rewritten. So the elite can visit unlimited good on us. Whether we like it or not. Regardless of the memory holing soon to come… unlimited government is an evil that’s wise to avoid, and stupid to embrace. Even for the would be despots. The globalist managerial progressive faction is the hegemonic faction in the world today. They are the “new class.” Moreover, progressives see themselves as more moral, smarter and their goal is worthy of any atrocity… so why follow the ethics of their lessers? The goal of the hegemonic progressive faction is a Star Trek like utopia. They figure, if unlimited government is what it takes to get there, the surviving rest of us will thank them later. Forgetting that Hegemony doesn’t last forever… today’s elite will not be in power till the end of time. (Unless they plan on bringing in the End Times). Once someone else is in power, they will have access to all the despotic tools, the progressives have put into the hands of the despotic State. To be used by their creator against their creators. The new class. History is very critical of unlimited government. Even the “good” kings of old were mass murderers. Like Alexander the great, Marcus Aurelius, and Charlemagne. Unlimited government has always resulted in unlimited suffering, and poverty… as the real capital, the human capital, is squandered in war. Moreover, if the wars are successful, the result is long term stagnation. Because why better yourself if there’s plenty of money? Once the stolen gold is spent though, the layabouts have no skills, work habits or gumption. Because there’s nothing like unearned money to get people to waste their own talents. War requires censorship, else it’s more likely to go badly. So even “good kings” at war must abuse their citizens, to create inescapable poverty for them. Most people think in words. Which means, if we’re denied words, then we’re denied thoughts. At least the ability to think those thoughts in so many words. Therefore, if the State presumes to control speech, the real goal is to control thought. The State that seeks to control the very thoughts of the people, for everyone’s benefit (the legalist argument the State is all that counts), is one that presumes itself omnipotent, omniscient and saintly. Human beings are none of those things though. Plus, nothing created by flawed human beings, can be flawless. Which leads us to conclude the State the presumes to censor is crazy. Because it’s the hallmark of insanity to think and believe things that are impossible. Like that a State can be omniscient, omnipotent or saintly. The only way censorship can be a sustainable solution to mankind’s thirst for freedom, is if the economy collapses so much, people need food more than a voice. That’s the only historically successful way for a despotic state to stifle speech in the long term. As the North Korean example shows. Make life so hard, and punishment so severe, the people haven’t the energy let alone the backbone to speak up. Making public examples of those who muster the spirit to mouth off. Which appears to be the path the self described omniscient elite have put us on… to reach the goal of utopia. For which no atrocity is out of bounds. States that practice censorship therefore are the acme of despotic governments. Such governments have no legitimate authority. Their censorship proves them redundant. Sincerely, John Pepin

The Path Forward

Regardless of the results of the election, so much has changed within the West that to roll them back requires a strategy. People were introduced to this progressive culture by bullying and even terror tactics, on the most extreme front. Their actions are easily forgotten, any attempts to remind society what has been done in the name of their movement is a constant battle to re-frame the context upon which the events occurred, only to be soon forgotten. The right is reactionary by nature. It doesn’t have a specific vision for the future. Only a disjoint set of beliefs held by disparate groups glued together by their collective distrust, and increasingly, their hatred of, the left. This hatred is not unwarranted when properly contextualized in the sociopolitical events of the past decade. But alas, they are their own worst enemies. Their increasingly frustrated Sisyphean fight against the left’s dominance over the zeitgeist will likely boil over to kinetic confrontations in real life. Their lack of perspective and lack of theory of mind will disadvantage them and make them vulnerable to villainization by the establishment. Thus, further entrenching the anti-White, anti-life, anti-European establishment. This way of doing things is not sustainable and in the off chance a right wing populist movement can regain power or break from the US in a secession, chances of success are at risk still, due to their lack of vision and disjoint ideological camps. The path forward is going to be a treacherous path for European peoples. This is something we will need to wrap our heads around. If we are to exist as a distinct people, we will need to be smart in how we maintain our identity against outside aggressive forces who want to make us forget until our genetics are absorbed in a global miasma of undifferentiated humanity. The goal to always aim for is achieving autonomy as a people, whether it is forcing the establishment to begrudgingly acquiesce to our individuated representation within the polis, or going underground and forming our own independent institutions which function to maintain our traditions and identity. For American Europeans and the European diaspora in the Anglosphere in general, along with France as well, we face a tougher challenge as the progressive program is more entrenched than in other European nations. The European diaspora in the Anglosphere has the additional challenge of finding an identity again after generations of deracinated civic politics which devalued identity and heritage over the concept of a national “idea.” America, for example, being the “idea” of the American dream and “democracy.” The memory of what this nation was founded on in reality has been forgotten and completely expunged from the public sphere. Building an ethnic identity from the ashes of the original American culture, along with reconstructing the Europeanness America inherited before it was demolished and replaced with modern architecture, is a difficult task. But it’s a project which would pay off greatly in the long term. In addition, it gives our people a task and something to live for. A purpose and something upon which to build industry and creativity. The alternative is much more bleak. More drastic changes will come with a Kamala administration. The past decade has been bad enough, there’s no end to what they can come up with upon establishing unchallenged supremacy with the naturalization of millions of immigrants who were brought in on false pretenses. Thus why it will be essential to establish a resistance founded on civil and human rights. The post-WWII order gains its whole legitimacy from those principles, something which could likely evolve as their seizure of power allows them to shape and mould the West. Thus the importance of using the tools we have at our disposal now, while it’s still possible. An additional advantage we have is this old regime is out of original ideas. Everything it does is done with the single minded goal of enriching itself. It has no real soul. So in the end, whatever machinations it forces on the global European population, we possess the power to create. Whether it is new technology, art, music, film, plays. The more we create, the greater we make ourselves and elevate our spirit, the weaker they are in their capacity to control us. EuroFuturism aspires to be one of the institutions which helps form this vision for a new European Renaissance. To empower European peoples from around the world to have a sense of belonging and a sense of self which isn’t demoralizing and embarrassing to them. A movement - which is positive and forward thinking, challenges the regime’s characterization of White people while simultaneously flouting their capacity to weaponize WWII iconography against us 1 - is much needed. There’s a craving for it the people don’t know how to articulate. When they see it, however, they will know. 1 At present, much of the right is engaging in politics which makes them the WWII boogeymen (fascists, nazis, etc) to the establishment, thus making it easy for them to justify totalitarian means to shut down any resistence. The dynamics of this is complex and deserves its own essay.

The Criminal State

The Criminal State Posted on September 18, 2024 by john Dear Friends, It seems to me, if, as the elite claim, only criminals want to hide from the government’s view… Isn’t that an admission by the elite themselves, that a government who hides from it’s citizen’s view… is a criminal State? By simple reversal. If our motives are to be questioned by the State, then the State’s motives must be questioned by us. Because the consequences of the State being criminal are terrible indeed. Wars, poverty, crime, hopelessness, inflation, migration, famine, epidemics and turmoil are all the result of a criminal State. The more criminal the State the worse these things will be. So if you find that your elites admit to being criminals, and the results of their leadership is chaos, then you probably have a criminal State. If that’s the case, we probably should do something about it. The reason we go to great lengths to limit crime is because of the negative effect it has on our standard of living. Petty crime has little effect on our standard of living, so isn’t enforced as vigorously as major crimes, like murder. As a general rule, the more destructive a crime is to our standard of living the more severely it’s treated by law enforcement. This is only a general rule though, because it doesn’t apply to a criminal state. The crimes of a criminal state are literally existential to the people, yet aren’t enforced… because it’s the State that does the enforcing. A criminal state won’t impose the law on itself. That’s one of the attributes of a criminal state. It exploits law as a weapon. As Thrasymachus advised Glaucon. This is another way to tell a criminal state.. it doesn’t apply the law to itself. Motive is an integral part of law. The way it was explained to me is, if I am at a restaurant and accidentally grab the wrong coat when I leave. I didn’t commit a crime… because there wasn’t intent. In the law motive is important to charge someone with a crime. So the state looks at our motives for everything trying to discern if there’s any criminal intent. To justify their salaries, authority, power, and fill the State’s coffers. Despite our Constitution’s protections, the State gets around them by conniving and crookedness, to put us under a microscope. Even as the state itself stays hidden behind an iron curtain of secrecy. Justified by “national security.” The state then goes on to ascribe motive to us by our actions… motives that better fit their actions. The consequences of a criminal state are horrible. History is filled with examples. A few are, Mao’s great leap forward that killed upwards of 40 million human beings, Hitler’s thousand year reich that killed 60 million and then there’s gain of function, that could end up killing 100 million or more. Between the disease, the clot shot and economic disruptions. Then there’s the possibility of civilization ending nuclear war. Which means no more lattes, shopping or cars. For the lucky survivors. Civil war is another possibility that arises from a criminal state. Internal struggle between racism religions or politics is not out of the question. A State’s crimes are existential in seriousness. Those consequences should be enough to motivate us to act. If the State has nothing to hide, then open up, and let’s see what they’re up to. Since the consequences to our standard of living, of the crimes of a state, far outweigh those of a serial killer, bank fraud or speeder… they should be treated as such. The weight we bring to bear on a problem should be commensurate with the weight of the problem. Great consequences should be given great consideration. Which brings us back to the criminal state. Since its crimes are existential, they must be avoided at all costs… even to the privilege of the elite. To that end, I think we should write FOYAs about everything the deep state does, while demanding transparency laws from our representatives. Talk about transparency to your neighbors. We have the power to stop the criminal state… use it. Sincerely, John Pepin
