Christopher B. Briggs is Publications and Public Affairs Counsel at the Independent Institute. He received his B.A. in history and English summa cum laude from Bowdoin College and holds an M.A. in political theory from The Catholic University of America. Christopher lives in Virginia with his wife and nine children.
Graham H. Walker is Executive Director and Assistant Editor for The Independent Review: A Journal of Political Economy at the Independent Institute. He received his B.A. in history from Houghton College, Diplôme in political theory from the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva, and Ph.D. in public law and government from the University of Notre Dame.
