Description

Should clients have the right to pick their own therapy goals? Or the government? That is the central question behind a so-called “conversion therapy” ban. If an individual chooses to explore heterosexual attractions, in the privacy of their own psychotherapy, Far Left activists have called that “anti-LGBT” and tried to make it illegal in CA. Watch a clinical psychologist, who is fighting the ban, respond.

“Everyone should be free to find therapy and support to help them achieve their desired goals and outcomes, not the government,” said Nicolosi. “Everyone should be free to choose a life consistent with their values. No one—and no government—should bar access to another person’s choice to live consistent with their faith and their values.”

“It's not for the government to decide what people should do with their sexual preferences. My clients are men whose sexual preference is to be with a woman. That’s why many of them come to me. That's their right to pursue if they choose. And no one has the right to take that away from them.”
